We deliver everywhere in Morocco, within 24-48h business hours.

How can I follow my order?

Once your order has been submitted, you'll receive a WhatsApp message from our team confirming your shipment. Our WhatsApp support team is then available to assist you with any questions regarding your delivery. You will also be contacted by our delivery partner to arrange a convenient delivery time.

I didn't receive my order: what can I do?

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay cash on divery (COD).

Are your products 100% natural?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our balms are water-free, allowing them to remain naturally stable for several months without the need for added preservatives
