Orders and deliveries: where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Morocco within 24 to 48 business hours.

How do I track my order?

Upon shipment, you will receive a WhatsApp message from us to confirm delivery. Our agents on WhatsApp are then available to answer any questions you may have about tracking.
You will then be contacted by our delivery partner to arrange delivery with you.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Contact us directly at contact@biovidaorganics.com or via WhatsApp, specifying your order number — we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay cash on delivery (COD).

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. All our skincare products are formulated with pure, unrefined, and naturally derived ingredients, without synthetic preservatives or artificial fragrances.

What is tallow?

Tallow is a purified animal fat, rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, very similar to skin lipids.

It is an ancestral ingredient, deeply nourishing and soothing.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our minimalist formulas are designed to respect the skin barrier and are suitable even for reactive, dry, or atopic skin.

How do I store my products?

In a cool place, away from light.

Our balms are water-free: they naturally keep for several months without added preservatives.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an unopened item.
